Who can use this form

This form is intended for consumers — natural persons acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession — who have purchased a premium feature from LocaYo (e.g. listing boost, subscription plan).

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. Details — including exceptions to the right of withdrawal (e.g. a service started with your express consent before the period expires) — are set out in our Terms of Service § 9.

How to submit your statement

You may submit your statement in any form that unambiguously expresses your will. Using the model form below is not mandatory.

• E-mail (recommended): hello@locayo.app — please write „Withdrawal from contract" in the subject line.
• Postal mail: to the registered office address indicated in the Terms § 1.

It is sufficient that you send the statement before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Upon receipt of your statement we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as you used (unless you expressly agree otherwise).

If you expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the 14-day period expires (e.g. immediate boost activation) and then withdraw, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service rendered up to the day of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
